“A smile is the light in your window that tells others that there is a caring, sharing person inside.”
- Denis Waitley

Time passes by so quickly here at Green School, can’t believe we are already at the end of term 3! Next week is going to be quiet here as our students and families have their mid-semester break. Have fun, guys!

In this issue, read our recap about the Ogoh-Ogoh Sampah, an ogoh-ogoh made out of completely recycled trash from KemBali. A brilliant idea from our Middle School students in transforming rubbish into impressive piece of art! You can also contribute to turning rubbish into something interesting by donating any unwanted old electronic devices to our High School Physics students, as they want to make a project with using electronic recyclable waste.

As a reminder, don’t miss our Fundraising Auction and Cabaret today! Come by to the Heart of School after school to bid for items you want – it’s going to be a super fun and worthwhile event to get involved in as we will see one of the most enjoyable student performances of the year while also supporting our local scholars.

Last but not least, for those who are interested in science and spirituality and are curious how these two come together, don’t miss tomorrow’s workshop by Prof. Nilsson Anders from Stanford University at 8.45am in Sangkep. A nice way to enjoy your morning coffee and cakes from the Bake SaleRead more
